WHY?
Throughout the 30 years, the team behind ISEED has studied, several problems have been experienced along the way. Long, confusing and sometimes very non-understandable theories, without the great relation to real life. This, in conjunction with the desire for a more "hands-on" educational world, has formed the foundation stones of this concept. Potentially, ISEED can revolutionize the way students train, thereby strengthening the overall talent mass offered to businesses in the future. This is a great ambition, almost inconceivable. We believe that by working together on this issue, the challenges that arise today can be used to prevent and develop future solutions.
HOW?
By establishing a synergy between education and business, we can together create sustainable quality educations throughout the world. Through direct communication between students and companies, an early relationship with the business community is formed.
Through an online network, users have access to inspiration, motivation and experience in form of business insight. By incorporating corporate issues and challenges as an active element of learning, it will make it easier for the teacher to create relation between theory and practice, providea a more nuanced teaching and giving the opportunity to use Problem Based Learning (PBL)
WHAT?
The companies' problems should be the cetral point of the teaching and by combining practical and theoretical knowledge through ISEED's online platform for companies to shape the education programs, and "3D-print" futureemployees. ISEED's online network and communication platform is a tool for students, companies and educational institutions that will contribute to future education.
ISEED allows for:
- Interdisciplinary project management
- Combining and sharing of knowledge
- Joint development of competencies
- Directonline communication and networking

non-understandable theories, without the greatrelation to real life. This, in conjunction with the desire for a more "hands-on" educational world, has formed the foundation stones of this concept. We are a young and dynamic team, with strong ambitions, to change the way to acquire new knowledge.
